Who I Am and What I Do

Grace: "The unmerited divine assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification. Disposition to or an act or instance of kindness, courtesy or clemency."

 

My name is Ashley and I am the owner and founder of Traveling Grace Mobile Massage. As a born helper, I have spent my working life in careers that are rooted in the principles of grace. I have a background in education and mental health, during which time I worked with children, adults, and the elderly. The desire to assist others led me to a career in massage therapy, where I am currently thriving. In this capacity, I am able to use my God-given gift of healing touch while simultaneously expressing my creativity and kindness. This is truly the best “job” that I could ever have.

The name Traveling Grace was established in the spring of 2020, during the initial outbreak of COVID-19 when I was furloughed by my previous employer. After weeks of praying for guidance and reading God’s word, it was revealed to me: Grace, a family name that I was blessed with; Grace, the act of mercy and kindness that has been extended to me throughout my life by family, friends, and strangers; Grace, what I would like to continue to pass on to others; Grace, my calling; Grace, a central part of my business name. Nothing in my life has ever felt more right.

 

No matter your spiritual beliefs, lifestyle, or ailment, I am here to extend Grace to you and those around you with massage. Whether it be in your home, workplace, wedding venue, place of celebration, music festival, or girls night in, let me help you relax and rejuvenate your body and spirit so that you can face the day or night ahead with a healthy state of being.
